Minecraft 1.20 Armor Trims provide an exceptional way to alter and colourize your gear, enabling you to synchronize it with your unique style and flaunt your exploration achievements.
Introduced in the Minecraft Trails & Tales update, the Armor Trims are a relatively recent addition. Therefore, understanding their role and the steps to craft your set might initially seem perplexing.
In the expansive world of Minecraft, Armor Trims offer the option to modify your armor visually. They enable colour and design transformations through Armor Trims, adding an aesthetic appeal and showcasing your travel history.
Each Armor Trim features its unique design, and every ore introduces a distinct color, enabling complete customization and ensuring an attractive appearance every time.
How to use armour trims:
Firstly, craft the armour as per the standard procedure. The Armor Trim, on the other hand, needs to be discovered and is generally found in significant locations. We provide a list of all these locations and the respective recipes below. The colour of your armour set is dependent on the ore used in its creation. In total, ten different ores exist, leading to ten possible colour variants. These ores include:
- Iron
- Copper
- Gold
- Lapis
- Emerald
- Diamond
- Netherite
- Redstone
- Amethyst
- Quartz
After obtaining an ore, an Armor Trim, and a piece of armor, proceed to a Smithing Table and amalgamate the three ingredients. This process will yield your personalized armor crafted with Minecraft 1.20 Armor Trims.
