KSI knocks out Ishowspeed in charity boxing match leaving latter in tears
The two internet stars were scheduled for six rounds to help raise money for charity. But KSI knocks out Ishowspeed early, stopping the fight after three rounds.
KSI knocks out Ishowspeed several times, dropping him to the canvas with just body shots. Ishowspeed, known for his antics more than his boxing skill, was clearly outmatched.
KSI has much more boxing experience, having fought eight times previously including an October loss to Tommy Fury. This was Ishowspeed’s first time lacing up gloves.
At the halfway point a gassed Ishowspeed wanted to throw in the towel but KSI wouldn’t allow it. “It takes a big man to get in the ring with me. Many have tried, many have failed,” KSI said.
An emotional Ishowspeed demanded the fight continue but KSI refused, saying “I’m proud of you, you did a huge thing.”
Not happy with the mercy stoppage, Ishowspeed stormed out in tears without completing the planned six rounds. He wanted to feel he earned the win rather than KSI knocking out Ishowspeed early.
