Best Electric Pals in Palworld 1.0: Top 10 Ranked
Electric Pals have become even more important in Palworld 1.0.
The game’s updated Work Suitability system has dramatically increased the potential of some electricity-generating Pals, with Orserk now reaching Generating Electricity Level 8. Several newer Pals have also entered the rankings, including Solmora Lux, Dynamoff, Fenglope Lux and Azurmane.
But the Pal with the highest electricity rating isn’t automatically the best choice for every player.
Some Electric Pals are better suited to keeping a demanding late-game base powered, while others bring useful Partner Skills, mounts, combat abilities or additional work assignments.
So, if you’re searching for the best Electric Pals in Palworld 1.0, these are the ones worth considering.
Best Electric Pals in Palworld 1.0
The ranking isn’t based solely on Generating Electricity. For the top positions, electricity generation is the biggest factor, but Partner Skills, additional Work Suitabilities, mobility and practical availability also matter.
1. Orserk — Best Electric Pal Overall
If you need the best Pal for generating electricity in Palworld 1.0, Orserk is the clear winner.
Orserk has Generating Electricity Level 8, the highest rating currently available for the Work Suitability. It also has Handiwork Level 3 and Transporting Level 4, giving it some additional usefulness when it isn’t keeping your generators running.
The 1.0 update made Orserk particularly impressive. Its Generating Electricity suitability increased from Level 4 to Level 8, meaning older guides can significantly underestimate how effective it is in a modern 1.0 base.
Orserk is therefore the obvious choice for players running power-hungry late-game facilities.
Why Orserk is the best:
- Generating Electricity Level 8
- Dragon/Electric typing
- Additional Handiwork and Transporting suitability
- Strong combat potential
- Excellent choice for high-demand bases
If your only priority is keeping your base powered efficiently, Orserk should be your first target.
2. Solmora Lux — Best Electric Utility Pal
Solmora Lux is one of the most interesting Electric Pals in the 1.0 roster because it combines high electricity generation with another useful base role.
It has Generating Electricity Level 6 and Watering Level 4, allowing it to handle both power generation and watering duties.
Its Partner Skill, Shocking Fish, also makes Solmora Lux rideable on water. While mounted, it changes the player’s attack type to Electric and increases attack power. It can also make it easier to fish up talented Pals while in the party.
That combination makes Solmora Lux particularly useful for players who don’t want to fill their base with highly specialised workers.
Best for:
- Electricity generation
- Watering
- Water travel
- Electric combat support
- Players who want one Pal to cover multiple roles
For pure electricity generation, it loses to Orserk. For overall utility, however, Solmora Lux is one of the strongest Electric Pals in 1.0.
3. Dynamoff — Best Electric Flying Pal
Dynamoff also has Generating Electricity Level 6, putting it firmly among the strongest electricity workers in the game.
What makes it particularly interesting is its Partner Skill, Electro-Massage Incubation.
Dynamoff can be used as a flying mount, while having it at your base reduces egg incubation time. The effect doesn’t stack, but it gives Dynamoff a useful role even when another Pal is handling your power generation.
It also has Gathering and Transporting, although both are only Level 3.
Dynamoff is therefore an excellent choice for players who want a strong electricity worker without completely sacrificing exploration utility.
Best for:
- Generating Electricity Level 6
- Flying
- Egg incubation support
- Late-game bases
- Players who want a multi-purpose Electric Pal
4. Fenglope Lux — Best Electric Pal for Mobility
Fenglope Lux is an unusual addition to this list because its biggest advantage isn’t its electricity generation alone.
It has Generating Electricity Level 5 and Lumbering Level 4, giving it useful base functionality.
Its Stormcloud Partner Skill makes Fenglope Lux rideable and allows it to double-jump while mounted. The Partner Skill can also increase the number of items dropped by Water Pals defeated while it is in the party.
That makes Fenglope Lux particularly attractive to players who want an Electric Pal that can actually contribute during exploration.
It may not compete with Orserk as a dedicated generator, but it offers a much broader range of uses.
5. Azurmane — Best Electric Combat Mount
Azurmane is another Electric Pal that stands out because of its mobility.
It has Generating Electricity Level 5, alongside strong defensive and offensive stats, and its Plasma Dash Partner Skill grants an Air Dash while riding.
That makes Azurmane particularly useful for players who want an Electric Pal for combat and exploration rather than simply assigning it to a generator.
Its Level 5 electricity generation also means it isn’t wasted when you return to your base.
Azurmane is best suited to players who want:
- A powerful Electric combat Pal
- A fast mount
- Air Dash mobility
- Useful electricity generation
- A Pal that can transition between exploration and base work
6. Grizzbolt — Best Electric All-Rounder
Grizzbolt may not have the highest electricity rating anymore, but it remains one of the most useful Electric Pals in the game.
It has Generating Electricity Level 5, alongside Handiwork Level 4, Lumbering Level 3 and Transporting Level 5.
That makes Grizzbolt considerably more versatile than a dedicated electricity specialist.
Its Yellow Tank Partner Skill also allows it to be ridden and lets the player fire a minigun while mounted.
For a player who wants one Electric Pal that can contribute to several base jobs while also being useful in combat, Grizzbolt remains an excellent choice.
Why Grizzbolt remains relevant:
- Generating Electricity Level 5
- Handiwork Level 4
- Transporting Level 5
- Lumbering Level 3
- Rideable
- Mounted minigun Partner Skill
It isn’t the best pure generator anymore, but it may be the best all-round Electric Pal for players who value versatility.
7. Helzephyr Lux — Best Electric Flying Mount
Helzephyr Lux combines Dark and Electric typing with flying mobility.
It has Generating Electricity Level 4 and Transporting Level 5, giving it a useful role at your base when it isn’t being used for exploration.
Its Wings of Thunder Partner Skill allows it to be used as a flying mount and changes the player’s attack type to Electric while mounted, while also increasing attack.
If you’re looking for an Electric Pal that can double as a strong flying mount and transporter, Helzephyr Lux is one of the better options.
8. Beakon — Excellent Electric Flying Option
Beakon remains one of the most practical Electric Pals for players who want a flying mount.
It has Generating Electricity Level 4, alongside Gathering Level 2 and Transporting Level 5.
Its Thunderous Partner Skill makes it rideable, changes the player’s attack type to Electric and increases Beakon’s movement speed for each other Electric Pal in the party.
That last feature makes Beakon particularly interesting for Electric-focused parties.
It isn’t the most powerful electricity worker in 1.0, but its combination of flight, electricity generation and Transporting Level 5 keeps it useful.
9. Rayhound — Strong Mid-Game Electric Mount
Rayhound is a solid choice for players who aren’t ready for the game’s strongest endgame Electric Pals.
It has Generating Electricity Level 4, putting it comfortably above basic Electric workers such as Sparkit and Jolthog.
Its main appeal is mobility. Rayhound gives players a useful Electric mount while still contributing to power generation when assigned to a base.
That makes it a good transitional Pal for players progressing towards stronger late-game options.
10. Univolt — Best Accessible Early Option
Univolt is one of the better choices for players who haven’t reached the late game yet.
It has Generating Electricity Level 3 and Lumbering Level 1, while its Swift Deity Partner Skill makes it rideable and increases Electric damage dealt to weak points.
Its Technology requirement is also considerably more accessible than some of the endgame Electric Pals.
Univolt therefore makes a lot of sense as an early-to-mid-game option before upgrading to something with a higher Generating Electricity level.
What About Sparkit and Jolthog?
Sparkit and Jolthog are worth mentioning because they’re among the earliest Electric Pals players can encounter.
However, neither should be considered a serious long-term electricity worker.
Both Sparkit and Jolthog have Generating Electricity Level 1. Dazzi Noct also sits at Level 1, while Univolt moves up to Level 3.
That means Sparkit and Jolthog are useful when you’re first getting your power infrastructure running, but you’ll want to replace them once stronger Electric Pals become available.
Importantly, their spawn or encounter levels should not be confused with their Work Suitability levels. A Pal appearing at a particular level does not mean it has that level of Generating Electricity.
Not everyone needs the same thing from an Electric Pal, so here’s a quick breakdown to help you pick the right one for your base or team.
What Is the Best Pal for Generating Electricity?
If you’re only interested in powering your base, Orserk is the best Electric Pal in Palworld 1.0.
The current Work Suitability data gives Orserk Generating Electricity Level 8, compared with Level 6 for Solmora Lux and Dynamoff, and Level 5 for Fenglope Lux, Azurmane and Grizzbolt.
The difference becomes particularly important for large bases with multiple power-hungry facilities.
Older guides can also be misleading here. Orserk’s Generating Electricity suitability was increased from Level 4 to Level 8 as part of the 1.0 changes, so pre-1.0 rankings don’t accurately represent its current performance.
What Is the Best Early-Game Electric Pal?
For earlier progression, Univolt is one of the better practical choices.
It provides Generating Electricity Level 3, can be ridden, and offers a useful Electric damage bonus through its Partner Skill.
Sparkit and Jolthog are suitable for getting your first generator running, but their Level 1 Generating Electricity means they are quickly outclassed.
As your base grows, moving towards a Level 4 or higher electricity worker will make much more sense.
Has Palworld 1.0 Changed the Electric Pal Meta?
Yes.
The biggest reason is the expanded Work Suitability system.
Orserk is the clearest example. Its Generating Electricity rating increased from Level 4 to Level 8, while several other Electric Pals also received higher suitability levels.
That means older guides can give players the wrong impression about which Pals are worth keeping at a modern 1.0 base.
The introduction and availability of newer options also gives players more ways to build a specialised electricity workforce.
If you’re still using an old Electric Pal because an early-access guide called it “the best”, it’s worth checking its current Work Suitability before committing valuable base space to it.
Final Verdict
Orserk is the best Electric Pal in Palworld 1.0, especially if your priority is generating electricity.
Its Level 8 Generating Electricity is currently unmatched, making it the natural choice for demanding late-game bases.
But there are plenty of reasons to choose something else.
Solmora Lux is an excellent multi-purpose option thanks to its Watering ability and water mount. Dynamoff combines Level 6 electricity generation with flying and egg-incubation utility. Grizzbolt remains one of the best general-purpose Electric Pals thanks to its broad range of base skills, while Azurmane and Fenglope Lux offer strong mobility and combat utility.
For newer players, Univolt is a much more realistic target, while Sparkit and Jolthog are perfectly fine for getting your first power infrastructure running.
The important thing is to look at the current 1.0 Work Suitability levels, rather than relying on older Electric Pal rankings. The electricity meta has changed considerably, and Orserk now sits firmly at the top.
