How to Craft a Bed: Minecraft PE
In Minecraft PE, a bed is not just a decorative piece of furniture, it’s a valuable tool for survival. Beds allow you to skip the dangerous nighttime and fast forward to dawn, and they also serve as a respawn point if you happen to meet an untimely end. Crafting a bed in Minecraft PE is straightforward, but you’ll need to gather a few necessary materials first: three wooden planks of any type, and three pieces of wool, which can be obtained by shearing sheep.
Once you’ve gathered the necessary materials, find your crafting table and open the crafting interface by tapping on it. You’ll see a 3×3 grid where you can place your materials. To create a bed, you’ll need to place the three wooden planks along the bottom row of the grid, and the three pieces of wool directly above them in the middle row.
After placing the materials in the correct pattern, the bed will appear in the result box of the crafting table. Tap on it to move it to your inventory. With your newly crafted bed in hand, you’re ready to find a safe place to set it down and claim it as your spawn point.
Remember, in Minecraft PE, sleeping in a bed at night not only turns night into day, but also sets your spawn point to the bed’s location. This means that if you die in the game, you’ll respawn at your bed instead of a random location.
