How to Craft a Pickaxe: Minecraft PE
A pickaxe is one of the most essential tools in Minecraft PE, used for mining blocks and ores. Crafting a pickaxe isn’t complicated, but it does require some basic materials and knowledge of the crafting interface. First and foremost, you’ll need a crafting table. If you don’t have one, you can create it by opening your inventory, selecting the crafting tab, and crafting a crafting table using four wooden planks.
Once you have a crafting table, you can start crafting your pickaxe. Open the crafting table by tapping on it, which will bring up the 3×3 crafting grid. The recipe for a basic wooden pickaxe includes two sticks and three wooden planks. Place the two sticks in the middle column of the grid, one above the other, and place the three wooden planks in the top row, filling all three spaces.
After arranging the materials in the correct pattern, the pickaxe will appear in the result box of the crafting table. Tap on it to move it to your inventory. Now you have a wooden pickaxe! This tool is your gateway to start mining stones and coal, which will enable you to craft more advanced tools and items.
As you progress in the game, you’ll be able to craft pickaxes from stronger materials, such as stone, iron, diamond, and netherite, which can mine faster and last longer. The crafting process is the same, you just replace the wooden planks with the desired material. Remember, every new adventure in Minecraft PE starts with a good pickaxe in hand. Happy mining!
