How to Make Golden Apples in Minecraft PE
Golden Apples are some of the most beneficial food items in Minecraft PE. Consuming one not only replenishes your hunger but also provides regeneration and absorption effects, making them extremely useful in combat situations or when exploring dangerous areas. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to make Golden Apples in Minecraft PE.
The first step in crafting a Golden Apple is obtaining the necessary ingredients: an apple and eight gold ingots. Apples can be found by breaking leaves on oak trees, with a small chance of dropping. For the gold ingots, you’ll need to mine gold ore with an iron pickaxe or higher, then smelt it in a furnace. It’s worth noting that gold can often be found in the lower levels of the world, typically between Y-levels 5 to 29.
Once you have both an apple and eight gold ingots, you can start crafting your Golden Apple. Open your crafting table and place the apple in the center square of the 3×3 crafting grid. Then, surround the apple with the eight gold ingots, placing one in each of the remaining squares. Once the ingredients are arranged correctly, the Golden Apple will appear in the result box of the crafting table.
Now that you’ve crafted your Golden Apple, you can use it whenever you’re in need of a quick health boost. Keep in mind that there is also a more potent version of the Golden Apple, known as the Enchanted Golden Apple or Notch Apple. However, as of my knowledge cutoff in September 2021, this variant can’t be crafted and can only be found in loot chests in generated structures. So, always be on the lookout during your adventures!
