This high-risk, high-reward rifle excels at medium to long range engagements thanks to its heavy hitting 7.62 rounds. But is the TAQ-V a viable pick in the Warzone meta?

While the TAQ-V has punishing recoil, the right attachments can tame the beast. This optimized loadout maximizes control and minimizes recoil for mid-long range beam potential:

Muzzle – TY-LR8 – Improves recoil control and aiming stability
⇕ +0.80, ⇔ +0.35

Rear Grip – FSS Combat Grip – Enhances recoil control and aiming stability
⇕ +0.61,⇔ +0.13

Underbarrel – FTAC Ripper 56 – Boosts recoil control at a small mobility cost
⇕ +0.80, ⇔+0.40

Ammunition – 7.62 High Velocity – Maintains bullet velocity with slight recoil penalty
⇕ -0.70, ⇔-4.35

Magazine – 50 Round Drum

With this configuration, the TAQ-V is a formidable mid-long range rifle. The vital recoil control attachments make its heavy flinch and visual shake much more manageable. You can down enemies at range with well-placed shots.

Up close, the TAQ-V struggles against SMGs. Avoid close quarters when possible. This is a weapon for picking off enemies at a distance. Run a mobility oriented SMG secondary for close engagements.

Overall, an expertly kitted TAQ-V is viable in the right hands. The extreme recoil requires skill to master, but it rips at medium to long distance. If you can tame the beast, the TAQ-V is a meta Warzone rifle worth considering.
