The contest for the “XDefiant best SMG” significantly narrows down when you consider that the MP5 and P90 fall short in their time-to-kill (TTK) stats compared to the MP7 and the Vector.
While some players might be drawn to the Vector’s superior fire rate, its default 25-round magazine is rapidly depleted due to the rapid fire rate. One could choose to add extended magazines, however, this would result in a reduced mobility, a quality crucial for any SMG user. In contrast, the MP7 provides a good compromise with its default 35-round magazine, still boasting a commendable fire rate of 900 rpm.
Given these factors, the majority of players are likely to lean towards the MP7, making it a strong contender for the “XDefiant best SMG” title.
